Teacher of the Month

Mrs. Justine Clark

Mrs. Clark

Justine Clark is in her second year working as a paraprofessional at Central High School. As a paraprofessional who facilitates online Edgenuity courses and i-Ready remediation coursework, she has the opportunity to work with students in the seventh through twelfth grades. When asked about her teaching philosophy, Mrs. Clark said, "Teaching involves learning to understand the students and working with them to help improve not only their grades, but also work with them on how to grow into better individuals." When asked what she loves most about her job, Mrs. Clark said, "Watching my students improve not only their grades, but watching their excitement as they succeed." Outside of her teaching responsibilities, Mrs. Clark has also managed Coosa Upward cheerleading squads for both basketball and football seasons. Mrs. Clark is also coordinating the Junior and Senior Prom for 2024 at the beautiful Pursell Farms. In addition, Mrs. Clark is currently in her third year of her undergraduate studies to earn her bachelor's degree in psychology. Mrs. Clark is a great example to our students as she has maintained her position on the Dean's list during her entire collegiate studies with a 3.91 grade point average. Mrs. Clark's goal is to continue her education at the graduate level to earn a Master's Degree in Mental Health Clinical Counseling. Her dream is to become a Mental Health Counselor for Central High School. Congratulations Mrs. Clark!
